Blueprint:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Defining of a blueprint for sales processes and the app&#8217;s user flow.<\/li>\n \t<li>Support Product Managers\/Process Managers to define business requirements for pilot development and future changes<\/li>\n \t<li>Assist in conveying and translating business requirement to product developers, with support from IT<\/li>\n \t<li>Work with UI\/UX designer to influence product\u2019s final look and feel<\/li>\n<li>Validation of user stories, requirements and design with markets<\/li>\n<li>Main business contact point for defined markets<\/li>\n<li>Validate development timelines and align with BU stakeholders in the market<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management presentations<\/li>\n<li>Participate in various scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc) and PI Planning events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nRollout\n<ul>\n\n<li>Support to develop training concept and material<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of functional gaps during market UAT<\/li>\n<li>Support markets in rollout concept<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th><strong> Qualifications<\/strong><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Possess a Bachelor\u2019s degree in (business or marketing)<\/li>\n \t<li>Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required<\/li>\n \t<li>Minimum working experience required 2-3 years <\/li>\n \t<li>We will also consider graduates with appropriate qualification and background<\/li>\n \t<li>Ability to work in an international and intercultural context<\/li>\n \t<li>Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken.
