In project management, quality is simply what the customer or stakeholder needs from project deliverables. It is also a combination of quality planning, quality assurance and quality control activities and project managers further define these for their project through a quality management plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and drive medium scales project plans based on assessments of objectives, scope requirements and potential interdependencies with other projects aligned to business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy appropriate methodologies and tools in project management based on assessment of project priorities within cost and timescale.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate resources effectively to support project completion based on assessment of project priorities within cost &amp; timescale.<\/li>\n<li>Setup timely touchpoints to engage all stakeholders that impact or are impacted by the project process and outcomes using engagement techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks to success of projects and develop mitigation plans.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate project exigencies and address their root causes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 days | 9am \u2013 5pm | 14 hours<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Should Attend:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis course is suitable for individuals whose primary job may not be project management but manage projects on an informal basis.
